Central, good security for e-bikes in garage, 24/7 front desk service, lovely rooms and very clean, service with a smile from everyone even upon room move request. Incredibly soft towels and decent beds and pillows. A lift made life easier. Great bathrooms and water pressure. The staff clearly care about their guests which was so lovely and so appreciated.

I booked two seaview rooms, one for me and one for my friend. Her's was the bigger with three large windows overlooking the sea and island. Mine, slightly smaller, had one window but also a balcony - which had fantastic views of the sea and down the street. I used the garage facility which was very secure.

The hotel located in the historic part of the city (intramurs), which allows immediate access to the beach and a lot of the restaurants and cafes. We used the parking option, which was quite convenient. We had a room with partial sea view, which was great to observe with the cup of coffee in the morning (the facilities allow that in the room - incl. coffee, kettle etc.).

The room, view and location were great as advertised. We made a last minute reservation which they accommodated well. The view was great !! Kamron who was managing when we checked in couldn’t have been more helpful. He went above and beyond assisting us with dining options, loner umbrellas, room upgrade and scheduled us a taxi for the next day. He spent additional time helping us book a train back to Paris which wasn’t easy considering it was Sunday. The personal touches we received

Lovely room, very nicely furnished, good bathroom and there was tea/coffee & water in the room. The location was just inside the city wall against the beach. Within easy walking of the city shops & restaurants. Very friendly helpful staff. Te hotel was 'real' dog friendly as they allowed the dog into the breakfast area. Brilliant. I applaud you for this, so many so called dog friendly hotels don't allow dogs into the dining area. Why not?? All the restaurants do....

very Good boutique hotel, conveniently located within the City walls, near to all the major bar, restaurant and shopping areas, with close access to the City walls. 15 minute walk from the Ferry port, ideal for a short city break Lovely air conditioned room, with excellent shower & bathroom facilities

The location is excellent, right in front of the most beautiful spot in Jarnac. Situated in the town centre, the street is quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of places nearby where you can park your car free of charge. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended.

The location was great in one sense. Close to the wall and great shops. The staff were very accommodating to move us down a few doors away from the noisy bars. The staff were also helpful in directions in finding services. Breakfast was fantastic!

After booking, the Hotel advised they were having to close during our chosen date. They immediately booked us into their sister hotel, the Chateaubriand. We had planned to see the Christmas markets at St Malo and this hotel was ideally located within yards of the activities and restaurants. Parking was less than 100yds from the hotel and couldn't have been easier with pre-booking. Staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel was everything we needed. A great stay at bargain prices.

Fabulous location Quiet area - except for the noise from a pub nearby but it didn’t stay open late Great choice for breakfast - orange juice disappointing though!
